Coinflare charges trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other applicable charges as published on our fee schedule. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable advance notice to users.

Coinflare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Coinflare in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of Coinflare after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
